The Innovator of the Year Award honors a visionary leader whose ideas,听technology, policy leadership, or听business听innovation have advanced the energy storage听industry and shaped its future. Open to听industry executives, policy听experts听or political听辞蹿蹿颈肠颈补濒蝉.鈥� The Award will be presented at ACP鈥檚 RECHARGE: Energy Storage Conference, held September 22-24, 2026, in Aurora, CO.听

Evaluation Criteria

Nominees should demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following areas:听

Industry-Shaping Vision & Leadership:听Demonstrated听foresight and leadership that has influenced the direction, growth, or long-term success of the energy storage industry.听
Innovation & Transformative Impact:听Advanced breakthrough technologies, business models, market structures, or policy solutions that have accelerated energy storage deployment and value.听
Lasting Contribution to Industry Growth:听Created measurable and enduring benefits for the industry through advocacy, investment, thought leadership, research, coalition-building, or public service.听
