Excellence in Safety & Reliability Award
The Excellence in Safety & Reliability Award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to advancing safety, reliability, and industry excellence. Ideal candidates include fire service leaders, fire safety engineers, and codes and standards experts.鈥嬏齌he Award will be presented at ACP鈥檚 RECHARGE: Energy Storage Conference, held September 22-24, 2026, in Aurora, CO.
Evaluation Criteria
Nominees should demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following areas:听
- Safety Leadership:听Recognized听as a听leaderfor听demonstrating听leadership in advancing battery storage safety through innovation, expertise, or service.
- Collaborative Impact: Built bridges between industry and community safety stakeholders to improve outcomes听and,听strengthen听partnerships听and build confidence in energy听storage听technologies.听听
- Enduring Influence:听Contributed to codes, standards, training, research, or operational practices that have had a lasting positive impact on industry safety and reliability.听
