ACP Statement on Senate Confirmation of FERC Commissioners

| WASHINGTON, D.C., June 13, 2024 –ÌýThe Â鶹ҹÊÐ Association (ACP) released the following statement fromÌýACP CEO Jason Grumet after the U.S. Senate voted to confirm David Rosner (D), Lindsay See (R), and Judy Chang (D) to serve as commissioners of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC):
“ACP commends the Senate’s swift action to confirm this bipartisan slate of talented new FERC commissioners. The strong bipartisan support they received reflects the quality and caliber of these nominees and broad appreciation of the critical role FERC must play in modernizing our nation’s energy infrastructure. With a full slate of five commissioners, FERC must now work with a diverse community of stakeholders to support an energy system that is reliable, affordable, secure and clean.” ###
