鶹ҹ Association Appoints Nedelka Phillips as Vice President of Marketing

Phillips will lead integrated marketing strategy across ACP’s events, membership, and brand as the association scales its audience and revenue goals

Washington, D.C. — September 8, 2026The 鶹ҹ Association (ACP) today announced the appointment ofNedelka Phillips as Vice Presidentof Marketing. Phillips will build and lead the marketing function behind ACP’s membership, events, and consumeraudiencesandbrand, reporting to Chief Communications Officer Artealia Gilliard.

As ACP’s event portfolio and membership base continue to grow, this role focuses on bringing an integrated strategy to how it reaches and engages its audiences. Phillips willpartnercloselywith Events, Membership, and Communications leadership to strengthen audience engagement, increase awareness and attendance, and drive measurable revenue growth across the association’s priorities.

Phillips joins ACP from Promethean, where she served as Senior Director, Global Marketing, leading global marketingstrategyand transformation across 20 international markets. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President at the United Way of the National Capital Area, overseeing marketing, brand, communications, and fundraising strategy. She also held leadership roles at the American Red Cross focused on consumer marketing and fundraising operations.

In her new role, Phillips will lead integrated marketing strategy across ACP’s events, membership, consumer audiences, and brand, while expanding ACP’s reachthrough theassociation’s signature and regional event portfolio, including CLEANPOWER, RECHARGE,EmpowHER, Clean Power in Color, and emerging events properties with a strategic focus to grow audiences, strengthen membership engagement, and drive event and sponsorship revenue through integrated marketing strategies. She will oversee ACPs audience communities and digital marketingecosystem, using data and insights to expand reach, and deliver measurable results.

Phillips is a graduate of the University of Maryland withBachelorof Arts inCommunications.
