Booth Fees Payment Schedule

• 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing of online exhibitor agreement.鈥疨lease arrange to submit payment within 7 days of receiving invoice. (Applicable to exhibitors signing up within the Early Bird Rate Period | Pre-June 4 2026)听

• 50% Payment is due by September 1, 2026.鈥�The deadline for cancellation/reduction requests is September 1, 2026, in order to receive a refund or avoid any cancellation/downsize fees. We will not provide any refunds or transfers for the first 50% after this date.听 Applications submitted after September 1, 2026 require 50% payment, and ACP should receive payment within 30 days of submission.听

• 100% of booth payments are due by December 1, 2026, or within 30 days of being invoiced (if after December 1, 2026). Note that any cancellations/reductions after this date will incur a 100% cancellation/reduction fee, and we will not provide any refunds or transfers.听 Applications submitted after December 1, 2026, require full payment of booth fees before we can confirm your reservation. Booth fees not paid in full by this schedule may result in losing your placement or losing your booth assignment entirely听

Note that if your ACP membership status changes before March 1st , 2027, ACP will adjust the booth fees accordingly to Non-Member rates and provide an updated invoice for the new pending balance due. For any ACP membership inquiries, please reach out directly to [email protected]鈥�听

Please note that for any exhibitors traveling internationally into the United States, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary visas to enter the country and all non-refundable payments and cancellation terms in this email, issued invoices, and the Exhibitor terms and conditions will apply if you are unable to attend the Event due to entry restrictions. ACP may issue a partial refund in its sole discretion if we are able to resell your exhibitor space.

Current CEALNPOWER 2027 Exhibitors

The primary contact listed in your company/booth profile in our systems will receive access to the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC). The ERC for CLEANPOWER 2027 launched the week of September 14, 2026.听 All primary & secondary contacts listed received a notification email from [email protected]听 from our Map Your Show Platform.听

In the ERC, you can find booth staff registration information, booth profile access, and access to the exhibitor’s services kit. The ERC also includes鈥痶he event rules and regulations, booth mobility/furniture information, and additional exhibitor services for CLEANPOWER 2027. This will be your command center to ensure a smooth move-in process for CLEANPOWER 2027 and remain compliant with the event rules & regulations.听听

CLEANPOWER 2027 Exhibitor Pass Allotment Chart

ACP will extend the group rate discount for any exhibitors registering 10+ additional 蝉迟补蹿蹿.鈥�舛寞

Booth Pricing听鈥撎�Price per square foot – add $2 per square foot for premium corner booths, Island booths, and main aisle locations. All in-line booths include pipe听& drape. All booths include complimentary registrations based on booth size. Carpet / Booth Flooring is not included but is mandatory (exhibitors鈥� responsibility to rent or bring their own flooring)听

NOTE:听Applications submitted after September 1, 2026, require 50% payment to be received by ACP within 30 days of submission.听Applications submitted after December 1, 2026, require payment of booth fees in full before the reservation can be confirmed.听Booth fees not paid in full by this schedule risk loss of placement or听an entirely lost booth assignment.听听
