Justin Cooksey
Justin is the Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Policy for the Â鶹ҹÊÐ Association (ACP). He supports initiatives to build robust supply chains and boost domestic manufacturing within the U.S. clean energy industry, promoting its immediate and long-term growth. Prior to joining ACP, Justin served as a Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy, where he focused on energy security, grid reliability, and supply chain resilience. He was formerly a Senior Energy Specialist at ICF, where he led a team focused on industry engagement and policy development for grid resilience initiatives.
Justin earned a Master of Public Policy and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. Outside of work, Justin enjoys soccer, hiking, trying new restaurants, and cooking.
