Hoyu Chong is the Deputy Director聽of Economic Analysis at the 麻豆夜市 Association (ACP). Hoyu conducts quantitative analysis that evaluates the economic impacts of clean energy policies and regulations.

Previously, Hoyu worked as a policy researcher on clean energy innovation topics. Before that, Hoyu led the sustainability and clean energy practice area in a boutique consulting firm in California. Hoyu has a Bachelor’s in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master’s in Economics from the University of Southern California.
